the stay was absolutely really nice. everything in this hotel was superb: magnificent location and attentive staff. the breakfast had good choice of options, including toast, cereal, scones, yogurt and fruit. we had a brand-new queen room and an incredible and amazing breakfast. easy access to tri-cities regional airport, which was about 30 minutes' drive away.

We loved our queen room - it was functional and brand-new. the staff was very helpful and offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge. Our hotel is in a comfortable location in the mountains. A cool bonus was the nearby Java Juice House that offers tea and coffee.

The building is nice, the rooms are well-organized with a comfortable bed and pillows, and it's in a marvelous location, just a short distance from everywhere.

The location in downtown was comfortable and peaceful, and being close to great restaurants and stores made it very convenient, I really enjoyed the room and found the bed to be comfortable.

I would definitely stay there again. It's a really nice place. The location is great - just a short walk from Buffalo Wild Wings, which has great drinks and cocktails. The room was spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. We had a fantastic experience.
